What Types of Programs Can I Book?
Teen Writers and Artists Project has a core group of Staff and trained Teaching Artists who can provide a variety of programs that we tailor to your class, school, library, or other organization's needs. The main types of programming we provide are: wordplay workshops, in-school programs, virtual workshops, event coordination, and professional development sessions. If you are interested in having our organization do programming for you, please reach out to our booking team at .
⇒ Wordplay Workshops
Bring one (or more) of our teaching artists to your library, school, or organization to host a Wordplay Workshop which includes a writing session, open mic, and featured artist!
⇒ In-School Programs
Our Teaching Artists specialize in creating the perfect assembly or school program for you! We can arrange a half day or full day of programming based on your needs. We are also flexible and can provide a mini showcase or workshop to your classroom or gym.
⇒ Virtual Workshops
Our curriculum development team has designed a virtual workshop program that can be used in and out of the classroom to supplement poetry writing and more.
⇒ Event Coordination
Our team is experienced in coordinating events both small and large. We can help coordinate workshops and open mics to writers weeks and full-day poetry slam experiences.
Please reach out to our management team for more details if you would be interested in a professional development session for your organization.
